Mr. Obakeng Seseane
Mr. Obakeng Seseane is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, governance, and strategic leadership. He currently serves as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Free State Gambling, Liquor & Tourism Authority (FSGLTA), where he is driving growth, accountability, and innovation across the province’s gambling, liquor, and tourism sectors.

With over 17 years of public sector leadership, including his current role as the FSGLTA Chief Financial Officer and ACEO, Mr. Seseane has developed a strong reputation for building sustainable institutions, strengthening governance systems, and empowering teams to deliver measurable impact.

His leadership extends beyond the FSGLTA through active service on several boards and audit committees, including the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation, underscoring his commitment to ethical leadership and community development.

Mr. Seseane holds a B.Tech in Internal Auditing from the Central University of Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public and Development Management from the University of Stellenbosch.
